Meet Our Staff






Gerrie Wilson - Owner
Gerrie comes from a lineage of restaurateurs with her grandmother Molly Blanch being the first to have her own Italian Restaurant in New York in 1950. Molly’s entrepreneurial skills resonated strongly through her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren which has integrated into this family business. Gerrie has over 30 years of restaurant ownership in the Wabash Valley and loves serving the finest food in the heart of Little Italy Town.
Daniel Wilson - Front of House Manager
Daniel has 30 years of restaurant experience in multiple restaurants and levels of management. He is the front of house manager at Gerrie’s currently and has been on our team for 8 years. Daniel has 25 years of Italian restaurant experience and is excited to see our family restaurant continue to grow.
Dustin Wilson - General Manager
Dustin Wilson has nearly three decades of restaurant and management experience. He helped launch this restaurant with Gerrie in 2010, and has worked in nearly every position in the building since then. With a strong background in business management and sales, Dustin has been committed to helping Gerrie’s become your local place for authentic Italian food.
Devin Wilson - Executive Chef
Devin is the Executive Chef at Gerrie’s with 22 years of experience. He has worked in many culinary positions from coastal seafood meccas to upscale steakhouses. With culinary experience from Florida to New England to Kansas City and many places in between. He truly thrives on bringing outstanding cuisine to all who choose to dine with us.
Lori Jacobs - Catering Manager
Lori has over 30 years of experience in the customer service industry and sales. Lori has been with the restaurant for nearly 6 years and is currently serving the restaurant in the BOH under the role of catering specialist. Lori looks forward to meeting with you and exceeding all of your catering expectations.
Casey Robinson - Bar Manager
Casey brings 17 years of restaurant and customer service experience to the team and has thoroughly enjoyed working for Gerrie and her family. So much so, that she has become like family to us. Casey enjoys the variety of customers we encounter. From regulars to travelers that come from hours away to enjoy our food and hospitality.
